The Department is seeking a qualified Vendor to provide food services management, food delivery and food services (meals and snacks) to the residents of the Hospital for a period of two years, in addition to operating a cafeteria that provides breakfast and lunch to the hospital staff Monday through Friday. The vendor will be required to provide all resources/materials/supplies and perform all services to residents and staff at the Hospital. The vendor will provide all food for residents including daily meals, daily snacks. This contract will include only the management aspects of the food service process. The term management includes oversight and control of the food preparation processes and quality, food service delivery, food and food supplies purchasing/control as well as oversight of the cafeteria.
