The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to select a provider to oversee a revolving loan fund for the Department Schools of Hope program. The purpose of the revolving loan fund is to provide capital to Hope Operators in building or renovating buildings for their public charter schools. Invitation to Negotiate will be open at the below address at 3:30 P.M., January 23, 2019.
