9/20/2018 ITN 10591 Informational Notice #18/2/2018 ITN 10591 Revision #2, ITN 10591 Addendum #2 8/2/2018 ITN 10591 Revised document, ITN 10591 Addendum #1, and ITN 10591 Exhibit 2 Revised 7/10/2018 Solicitation Conference Call Agenda and Questions The Department is issuing this ITN to obtain replies from Respondents to provide Juvenile Justice Community Integrated Services (JJCIS) programs designed with a holistic wraparound approach with nearly daily contact, in the county areas identified on the table on page one. These JJCIS programs shall have an emphasis on services as further outlined in this Statement of Services Sought and meeting the minimum requirements of Attachment A-1. JJCIS program youth need to be provided with both the opportunity and the support to develop, achieve, and maintain a lifestyle free of crime and to move into contributing roles in society. The Department desires a JJCIS program that provides youth and families with comprehensive support through a delivery of interventions/services and/or a connection for identified service needs. Supports and interventions (at least one evidence based intervention) shall be arranged in the youth’s communities, building on natural supports for those youth. Youth anticipated to participate in this program will be probation, or minimum risk commitment by the court and who are assessed as moderate, moderate-high or high risk to re-offend, as further defined herein.
