SCOPE OF WORK:

Base Bid:

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to construct a “living shoreline” along approximately 1,400-ft of Apalachicola Bay shoreline in Eastpoint, Franklin County, FL. The primary component of the project includes construction of two segmented low-crested breakwaters extending to the north and south from an existing rock breakwater. The proposed breakwater shall be comprised of stone-filled high-density poly ethylene (HDPE) marine mattresses. Additional project components include installation of waterway warning signs per the contract documents.

Longshoreman’s Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price.
