The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is requesting replies from qualified, interested vendors with proven experience in hosting and operating systems which are substantially similar, as determined in FDLE’s sole discretion, to the Florida Offender Alert System (FOAS) solution on a highly qualified computer based alerting system that meets all functional, technical, and security requirements specified by FDLE and current law.September 14, 2018: Solicitation updated for Addenda No.1 and Answers to Vendor Questions.
