9.12.18 - Please see the attached Addendum #1 Q&A document.-------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure a contract with a vendor to conduct a review of the current price level index methodology. Pursuant to section 1011.62(2), Florida Statutes (F.S.), a Florida Price Level Index (hereinafter referred to as FPLI) is prepared and published in a report using a methodology that uses Florida data. The Contractor will prepare a report, in an agreed-upon format, detailing the current methodology with recommendations for the Department to transmit to the chair of the Senate Committee on Appropriations, the chair of the House of Representatives Appropriations Committee and the Executive Office of the Governor’s Office of Policy and Budget by January 1, 2019. Request For Proposal will be opened at the below address at 02:45 P.M., October 2, 2018.
