This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This project will need building envelope up-grade, replacement of windows, doors, roof system and required associated structural improvements. Other work includes the following:ceiling tile replacement, shower renovations, new storage building construction, accommodation for a dishwasher and two (2) new washing machines, wander guard upgrade, replace existing heat pumps, security system improvements at entry to include security glazing, new generator and upgrade lighting to LED.
