The Department of Children and Families (Department), office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (SAMH), is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of obtaining a Vendor capable of providing peer-related training, system development and Warm Line services through a network of Certified Recovery Peer Specialists (CRPS). Any person interested in submitting a reply must comply with any and all terms and conditions described in this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN).Any protest concerning this solicitation shall be made in accordance with subsections 120.57(3) and 287.042(2), F.S., and Chapter 28-110, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). FAILURE TO FILE A PROTEST WITHIN THE TIME PRESCRIBED IN SUBSECTION 120.57(3), F.S., OR FAILURE TO POST THE BOND OR OTHER SECURITY REQUIRED BY LAW WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED FOR FILING A BOND, SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 120, F.S.
