INSTRUCTIONS: Documents for this bid will be available for download on Monday,

August 6, 2018. Any firm desiring a Project Manual with the plans for this project may obtain directions by emailing BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Base Bid:

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permitting to successfully remove the existing roof to decking and install the new roof, including removal of skylights and installation of new skylights, on building BL041002 as per the construction documents.

Alternate #1:

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permitting to successfully remove existing roof to decking and install new roof on building BL041001 as per the construction documents. If this alternate is accepted, 30 days will be added to the time for substantial completion.

Builder’s Risk Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price.
