The Florida Department of Children and Families’ Economic Self-Sufficiency Program Office, in conjunction with the Florida Department of Health (DOH) Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), is issuing this solicitation to interested parties for the purpose of obtaining Electronic Benefits Transfer/Electronic Funds Transfer (EBT/EFT) services to issue program benefits to eligible recipients in Florida. Any person interested in submitting a reply must comply with any and all of the terms and conditions described in this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN), including all appendices and attachments.
