THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR BIDS OR PROPOSALS, IT IS A POSTING OF AN AGENCY DECISION. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A BID OR A NO BID REPLY.The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) advertised through the DMS Vendor Bid System (VBS) from 06/07/18 to 06/18/18 its desire for maintenance and repair services of analytical laboratory instrumentation. Based on the advertising process, no vendors responded to the advertisement indicating the ability or desire to provide such commodities/services. Therefore, the Department intends to award a single source purchase to AB Sciex, LLC. Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Contract Award will commence on June 19, 2018 at 8:00 AM (ET) and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekends until June 22, 2018 at 8:00 AM (ET). Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statues, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under chapter 120, Florida Statues.
