6/15/2018 - DEO hereby posts the Technical Questions and Answers.DEO is requesting proposals from prospective contractors to provide a client tracking software to effectively and efficiently manage the required data collection and reporting of client outcomes and financial assistance for services provided through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), and the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). All work shall be performed in accordance with the Scope of Work contained in Section C. “Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes.”
