Shortlist and Notice of Intent to NegotiatePursuant to ITN Section B.41 – 44, DEO has evaluated replies to the ITN and generated a shortlist of Respondents with whom DEO intends to negotiate. DEO will proceed to negotiations with the top three (3) short listed Respondents. The negotiations will not be open to the public, but will be recorded. DEO will provide scheduling information and agendas via email to the identified Respondents. Pursuant to Section B.18 of the ITN, Respondents will be provided a Notice of Rights contemporaneously with the posting of DEO’s Intent to Award.
