Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (Citizens) is issuing this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) seeking competitive sealed replies (Replies) from firms (Vendors) capable of providing loss history reports from a mature database of at least ten (10) years (Services). The Services are more fully described in Section 2 of the ITN. These reports will be used by Citizens’ claim adjusters and special investigators for the investigation and adjustment of property insurance claims. The ordering and delivery of the reports must be done electronically using Citizens IT systems. Citizens intends to award a contract (Contract) to one Vendor under this ITN with services starting in the first quarter of 2019. Citizens cannot guarantee how much work will be assigned to the awarded Vendor.
