NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE procurement for the Florida Department of Transportation:The Department of Transportation, Transportation Statistics Office, is requesting information from prospective vendors regarding their ability to supply Glasform Components. KNOWN VENDOR: Glasforms, Inc. Vendor’s information regarding their ability to supply said item(s) must be received by 5:00 p.m.(ET) June 22, 2018 at the address listed in this posting. If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information received from prospective vendors, that the commodities or contractual services are available only from a single source, the Department will request approval from the Department of Management Services for the single source purchase and if approved, will post notice of its intended decision to enter a single source purchase contract on the Vendor Bid System, in the manner specified in s. 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.
