Pursuant to section 287.057, Florida Statutes (F.S.) and Chapter 2017-70, Section 6, 2304, Laws of Florida, the Department of Financial Services' (Department or DFS) Office of Information Technology (OIT) seeks Replies to this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) from qualified vendors (Respondents) who can perform operational, maintenance, development, and customer support tasks that Enterprise Financial Support Services (EFSS) employees currently perform daily.

The purpose of this ITN is to establish a contract (Contract) for the Enterprise Financial System Support Services. The Department is responsible for maintaining and supporting the State's financial systems. Currently known as "FLAIR," the financial system is used to issue warrants for payroll and retirement, pay State vendors, manage the planned and actual budgets of all State agencies, and produce the financial data from which the State's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) is produced. The Scope of Services requested is set out in Attachment B, Statement of Work.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
