NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE 4/9/2018 - Replies from the following Respondents are within the Competitive Range as described in Section 7.2 of the ITN (listed in alphabetical order): • Computer Aid, Inc. • International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) • NTT DATA, Inc. The Department may select one or more Respondents within the Competitive Range with which to commence negotiations (concurrently or sequentially). The Respondents above will proceed to the negotiations phase outlined in Section 7.2. of the ITN. The Department will conduct negotiations and provide scheduling information and agendas via email to the primary contacts listed in each of the technical responses for the above Respondents. The Department reserves the right to revise this posting and will post future versions at the original posting site on the Vendor Bid System at the following website URL address: http://vbs.dms.state.fl.us/vbs/search.criteria_form A protest point of entry will be provided upon award. 1/17/2018 - DFS hereby posts Addendum No. 3 to clarify any references to “demonstrations” throughout the ITN, revise Section 3.6, Timeline of Events, and to modify ITN Attachment E, Intent to Respond. See revised solicitation document. 9/5/2017 - Version No. 1: Attached are PUR 1000 General Contract Conditions and PUR 1001 General Instructions to Respondents that were inadvertently omitted on the original posting. ****************************************************************************************************** Pursuant to section 287.057, Florida Statutes (F.S.) and Chapter 2017-70, Section 6, 2304, Laws of Florida, the Department of Financial Services' (Department or DFS) Office of Information Technology (OIT) seeks Replies to this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) from qualified vendors (Respondents) who can perform operational, maintenance, development, and customer support tasks that Enterprise Financial Support Services (EFSS) employees currently perform daily. The purpose of this ITN is to establish a contract (Contract) for the Enterprise Financial System Support Services. The Department is responsible for maintaining and supporting the State's financial systems. Currently known as "FLAIR," the financial system is used to issue warrants for payroll and retirement, pay State vendors, manage the planned and actual budgets of all State agencies, and produce the financial data from which the State's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) is produced. The Scope of Services requested is set out in Attachment B, Statement of Work. For complete information regarding the details of this solicitation please review the attached ITN documents in their entirety. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
