Posted Addendum No. 1 – 03/14/18 ****************************************************************************** The Department of State, Division of Historical Resources is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to promote the Florida Panhandle Shipwreck Trail and the destinations near which the 12 wrecks are located (www.floridapanhandledivetrail.com). As a part of this effort, DHR seeks a qualified video production company to film and produce promotional underwater/topside videos that depict the exciting history, culture and heritage of the Florida Panhandle Shipwreck Trail (FPST).
