This is the Commission’s notice of its Agency Decision to award solicitation number FWC 17/18-96 to Gulf Coast Avionics Corp, Lakeland, FL.Pursuant to Chapter 120, F.S., the posting of this Notice of Agency Decision/Award will begin on February 21, 2018 at 2:55 PM and will end 72 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays) later on February 26, 2018 at 2:55 PM. Any person who is adversely affected by the agency decision or intended decision shall file with the agency a notice of protest in writing within 72 hours after the posting of the notice of decision or intended decision. Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays shall be excluded in the computation of the 72-hour time periods. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
