MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at

1:00 p.m. (ET), Little Manatee River State Park, on site, 215 Lightfoot Rd., Wimauma, FL

INSTRUCTIONS: Documents for this bid will be available for download on Wednesday,

February 14, 2018. Any firm desiring a Project Manual with the plans for this project may obtain

directions by emailing BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us

SCOPE OF WORK:

Base Bid:

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting

to demolish the existing bathhouse and construct a new bathhouse and related site

amenities per the contract documents.

Builder’s Risk Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price.
