The Department of Children and Families (Department), Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health, is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of obtaining a vendor to deliver adult mental health inpatient care at the South Florida State Hospital SFSH)a licensed and accredited facility.Any protest concerning this solicitation shall be made in accordance with subsections 120.57(3) and 287.042(2), F.S., and Chapter 28-110, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). FAILURE TO FILE A PROTEST WITHIN THE TIME PRESCRIBED IN SUBSECTION 120.57(3), F.S., OR FAILURE TO POST THE BOND OR OTHER SECURITY REQUIRED BY LAW WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED FOR FILING A BOND, SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 120, F.S.
