Addendum 002, which revises the timeline and provides the Department's answers to questions received, has been attached below.***Per the Department's new requirement, Bidder's must include samples with their Bids and must also submit the Florida Preference Letter, as applicable.*** -------------------- The Department is seeking responses from interested and qualified bidders to provide medical supplies, to include latex gloves, sanitary napkins and specimen cups for various correctional institutions throughout the State.
