Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU) is soliciting proposals for services of an Energy Performance Savings (ESCO) for a full range of energy services and energy related capital improvements (financed through a guaranteed performance-based contract at no initial capital cost to FAMU). Any stipulated energy and/or non-energy cost savings that may be attributed to this project will be rigorously reviewed and, if agreed to, will be limited to those that can be thoroughly documented and verified by the ESCO and approved by FAMU.
