The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department) seeks to obtain competitive bids for site storm water improvements at the Plant City State Farmers Market, 1305 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Plant City, Florida according to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The approximate budget is $500,000.A mandatory pre bid conference for any prospective bidder will be held at 2:00 p.m., EST, on January 9, 2018, at the Plant City State Farmers Market, 1305 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Plant City, Florida. Any bid received from a prospective respondent who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference will not be considered.
