The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department) seeks to obtain competitive bids for the licensing purchase, implementation, maintenance, and customization of the commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Learning Management System (LMS) LMS365 developed by ELEARNINGFORCE. FDACS currently utilizes ELEARNINGFORCE SharePoint LMS platform (on premise version) and is seeking to transition to a LMS365 enterprise cloud solution.Qualified bidders shall be a North America Certified Partner of ELEARNINGFORCE, developer of LMS365.
