PROJECT NAME: Florida Gulf Coast Marine Fisheries Hatchery and Enhancement Center MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, 2017 at 1:30pm (CDST), FDEP NW District Office, 160 West Government Street, Pensacola, FL 32502. BID SUBMITTAL DUE DATE: No later than 3:30 PM (ET), January 9, 2017, to the below address: Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction, 3800 Commonwealth Blvd. MS520, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-3000, Attention Mae Roth, Government Operations Consultant II, Bureau of Design and Construction, (850) 245-2781. SCOPE OF WORK: Base Bid: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to construct the Fish Hatchery and Enhancement Center building, utility connections (water, sewer, electrical), site work, sidewalks, landscaping, stormwater management facilities, decorative outdoor art and informational signage, saltwater intake, irrigation well and site irrigation system, milling and re-pavement of limited portion of Clubbs St., Maintenance of Traffic Plan and erosion control per the contract documents. Alternate # 1: The Contractor shall provide pricing for all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to construct the pedestrian bridge as shown on Sheet C-930 and as specified in Specifications Section 323300. Builder’s Risk, and Installation Floater Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price.
