The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department) seeks to obtain competitive bids for the removal and replacement of the rooftop HVAC units at the Doyle Conner Laboratory Administration Building located at 3125 Conner Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, as specified herein. The replacement units will also require connection to the central plant located at the complex via piping previously extended to the Conner Administration Building and located in the basement mechanical room.A mandatory pre bid conference for any prospective bidder will be held at 10:00 a.m., EST, on November 28, 2017, at the Administration Building located at 3125 Conner Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida. Prospective bidders should meet at the main Administration Building.
