INSTRUCTIONS: Documents for this bid will be available for download on November 15,

2017. Any firm desiring a Project Manual with the plans for this project may obtain directions by

SCOPE OF WORK:

Base Bid:

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting

to construct a public restroom facility at the Eastpoint Fishing Pier, including the

installation of a 2-inch public water main extension and State-certified wastewater

holding tanks, per the contract documents.

Builder’s Risk Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price.
