The Department of Financial Services, Division of Rehabilitation and Liquidation, intends to enter into an agreement with Examination Resources for business consulting services. The services will be used in the administration of the court-ordered receivership of Guarantee Insurance Company.

Based on the advertising process, no prospected vendor could provide the required services. Therefore, the Department intends to award the Single Source to Examination Resources.

Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Contract Award will commence on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 9:00 A.M. (ET) and continue for 72 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, until Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 9:00A.M. (ET).

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
