The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department) seeks to obtain competitive bids for paving and resurfacing at the Blackwater River State Forest (BRSF) located at 11650 Munson Highway, Milton, Florida.MANDATORY PRE BID CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT A mandatory pre bid conference for any prospective bidder will be held at 11:00 a.m., EST, (10:00 a.m. CST) on November 29, 2017, at the Blackwater River State Forest headquarters office located at 11650 Munson Highway, Milton, Florida. Prospective bidders must have the Certification of Site Visitation form signed at this time. Any bid received from a prospective respondent who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference will not be considered.
