At this meeting FIU will present its objective for this project, give attendees a tour of the proposed location and answer any questions that pertain to the scope of services and competitive solicitation process outlined in the Invitation to Negotiate. STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVE: This is a competitive solicitation is an invitation to negotiate (ITN) with The Florida International University Board of Trustees (hereinafter referred to as “FIU” or as the “University”) to enable FIU to enter into a contract with a Successful Respondent to Public Relations and Marketing services for the Frost Art Museum and the Jewish Museum of Florida. The initial term of the contract will be for (3) years from the effective date, and the University will have the option to renew for three (3) additional, (1) year terms. Renewals are not automatic. Successful Respondent(s) performance is expected to begin on the effective date of the contract which will be the last signature date.
