The Department of Corrections, Division of Facilities Management & Building Construction, will be accepting Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) packages for lease space in an existing building. The proposed office space will be utilized by the Department as a Finance and Accounting Office in the City of Tallahassee (Leon County), Florida. Offered space must be located within or abutting boundaries as specified in Attachment B.Interested parties are to review the attached document for more information.
