**Addendum #1 with responses from the Q&A period has been posted, effected 10/20/17**PROJECT NAME: Jonathan Dickinson State Park— FLAP Phase II Trail. SCOPE OF WORK: The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is requesting statements of qualifications from professional Engineering/Architectural firms and their subconsultants who are able to perform work in the State of Florida and can provide proof of current Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) prequalification for the following design services: FDOT prequalification in Sections 3.1 Minor Highway Design, 4.1.1 Miscellaneous Structures, 4.1.2 Minor Bridge Design, 7.1 Signing, Pavement Marking and Channelization, 8.1 Control Surveying, 8.2 Design, Right of Way Construction Surveying, 8.3 Photogram Metric Mapping, 8.4 Right of Way Mapping, 9.1 Soil Exploration, and 9.2 Geotechnical Classification Lab Testing. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Scope of Services Outlined in RFSOQ Instructions Attachment III. INSTRUCTIONS: Instructions for this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) will be available for download on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 -- any firm desiring the Instructions and Project Manual for this project may obtain directions by emailing BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us.
