10/13/2017 - DFS hereby posts the Questions and Answers and Addendum No. 2 to amend RFP Section 2.1, How to Submit a Response and Statement of Work Section 3.A.10, Testing Sites. Pursuant to section 287.057, Florida Statutes (F.S.), the Department of Financial Services' (Department or DFS) Division of Insurance Agent and Agency Services (AA) seeks Replies to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified vendors (Respondents) for the purpose of the development and administration of insurance license examinations, Live Scan fingerprinting services, and other services related to the licensing process.

The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract for license examination development, examination administration, and fingerprinting services. Respondents interested in submitting a Response must comply with all of the terms and conditions described in this RFP.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
