The Department of Children and Families (Department), Central Region Family Safety Program Office is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of obtaining the development and delivery of a Behavioral Health Training curriculum and consultation services for Child Protective Investigation Professionals that are charged with the responsibility to investigate child abuse and neglect. Any person interested in submitting a reply must comply with any and all terms and conditions described in the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN). Invitation to Negotiate will be opened at the below address at 01:05 P.M., October 27, 2017.
