This is a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in Section 287.012(22), Florida Statutes, for planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A BID, THERE WILL BE NO AWARD OF A CONTRACT THROUGH THE RFI PROCESS. The Florida Department of State (DOS), is requesting information regarding the selection and implementation of integrated Document and Record Management solution. Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) integrated with an Electronic Records Management System (ERMS, or an Enterprise Content Management (ECM). DOS is seeking information from qualified vendors who are capable of, and interested in, providing both the technology solutions and the consulting, professional, and integration services which may be required for the replacement of FLRules.org.
