Florida State College at Jacksonville is soliciting state licensed electrical and general contractors for the power distribution replacement project which consists of: Remove existing high voltage substation, pad mounted transformers, and primary cabling. Provide a new underground electric service loop including conduit, manholes, and transformer pads, originating from new JEA utility poles to new JEA utility transformers. Remove existing electric service cables from location of the existing transformer to building switchboard and provide new secondary cabling from new transformer. JEA will provide and install primary cables and new mounted transformers.
