The Department is requesting competitive, sealed replies, from responsible Vendors, in order to establish a multi-year Contract for the provision of GPS electronic monitoring services to Inmates or Offenders in the Department’s care.There is a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit scheduled for August 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time (ET). Please see Section 4.17 of the ITN for information regarding the non-mandatory site visit.
