The Department is seeking a provider to deliver training and technical assistance to substance abuse prevention and treatment providers and stakeholders throughout the state of Florida. Services are intended to increase knowledge of evidence-based practices, increase communication among providers, stakeholders, and the Department, and increase collaboration with the Department on emerging trends and initiatives in the field of behavioral health.FAILURE TO FILE A PROTEST WITHIN THE TIME PRESCRIBED IN SUBSECTION 120.57(3), F.S., OR FAILURE TO POST THE BOND OR OTHER SECURITY REQUIRED BY LAW WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED FOR FILING A BOND, SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 120, F.S
