The Department of Environmental Protection is issuing a Request for Information, to assist in determining the range and types of diesel emission reduction and mitigation projects that potentially exist in the state to help inform Florida’s draft Beneficiary Mitigation Plan under the prospective Volkswagen Mitigation Trust Fund.

Please note that under Section 287.012, (22) F.S., responses to this request are not offers and may not be accepted by the Department to form a binding contract.
