This is notice of the Department’s intent to award to DeEtta Jones and Associates, LLC., the responsive vendor under the provisions of Request For Proposal #RFP 08/14-08 Rebid , titled Department Leadership Program. Any person who is adversely affected by the agency decision or intended decision shall file with the agency a notice of protest in writing within 72 hours after the posting of the notice of decision or intended decision. Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays shall be excluded in the computation of the 72-hour time periods. Failure to file a protest within 72 hours, the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
