As of 8/1/05, the purchasing codes have been revised. When creating a query to gather purchase order statistics, please keep in mind that a search for purchase orders issued prior to 8/1/05 will need to include the old purchasing code information and a query to collect statistics pertaining to purchase orders issued after 8/1/05 should include the new purchasing code information.
