If you need to know if one of our clients is Medicaid eligible on the date of service, their ten digit Medicaid ID number or if the client has exceeded their Medicaid coverage limitations, please call 1-800-289-7799.

If you need to know if an individual is a recipient or applicant, the status of their application or their Share of Cost, please call
1-866-762-2237 during normal business hours to speak to a customer call center representative.
